In accordance with Article 21, §4, of the Law of 16 June 2006 concerning public offers of investment instruments and admission of investment instruments for trading on regulated markets, the CBFA has the obligation to publish the list of prospectuses that it has approved in accordance with the said Law. A table is available on the CBFA website which includes the list of prospectuses that have been approved in the past 12 months.
It is possible as well to search the entire database for prospectuses published between July 2005 and the present.

However, prospectuses published by undertakings for collective investment with a fixed number of units and by undertakings for collective investment in receivables are listed in a separate table.
The prospectuses are also available in PDF format in the language in which they were approved, provided the companies in question have submitted a copy to the CBFA.
