In accordance with Article 12, § 3, of the Law of 1 April 2007 on takeover bids, the CBFA publishes a list of the prospectuses it has approved or recognized under the terms of this Law. The table contains the list for the past 12 months, arranged in alphabetical order by company name.
The list also contains :
- the notifications published by the CBFA in accordance with Article 7 of the Royal Decree of 27 April 2007 on takeover bids;
- the notifications published by the CBFA in accordance with Article 7 of the Royal Decree of 27 April 2007 on squeeze-out bids;
- the notifications of transactions of securities during the bid period made under the terms of Article 12 of the Royal Decree of 27 April 2007 on takeover bids (see model form).
It is possible as well to search the entire database for prospectuses published between July 2005 and the present.

The prospectuses are also available in PDF format in the language in which they were approved or recognized, provided the companies in question have submitted a copy to the CBFA.
