In accordance with Article 21, §4, of the Law of 16 June 2006 concerning public offers of investment instruments and admission of investment instruments for trading on regulated markets, the CBFA has the obligation to publish the list of prospectuses that it has approved in accordance with the said Law.
A table is available on the CBFA website which includes, for the past 18 months, the list of:
- prospectuses published by undertakings for collective investment with a fixed number of units and by undertakings for collective investment in receivables, which the CBFA has approved in accordance with the said Law;
- prospectuses published by the aforesaid undertakings with regard to take-over bids and squeeze-out bids, which the CBFA has approved in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of 22 April 2003 on public offers of securities.
It is possible as well to search the entire database for prospectuses published between July 2005 and the present.

The prospectuses are also available in PDF format in the language in which they were approved, provided the companies in question have submitted a copy to the CBFA.
