ANNOUNCEMENT BY THE BANKING, FINANCE AND INSURANCE COMMISSION, PUBLISHED IN APPLICATION OF ARTICLE 34, § 2, PARAGRAPH 3, OF THE LAW OF 2 AUGUST 2002
The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission hereby announces, in application of Article 34, § 2, paragraph 3, of the Law of 2 August 2002, the decision to suspend trading in the following financial instrument on a Belgian regulated market :
Trading in Thrombogenics, ISIN code BE0003846632 on Euronext Brussels will be suspended on 3/12/2010 from 9:00. Trading will be reopened half an hour after the publication of a press release containing the results of an accelerated book building. |
