ANNOUNCEMENT BY THE BANKING, FINANCE AND INSURANCE COMMISSION, PUBLISHED IN APPLICATION OF ARTICLE 34, § 2, PARAGRAPH 3, OF THE LAW OF 2 AUGUST 2002

The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission hereby announces, in application of Article 34, § 2, paragraph 3, of the Law of 2 August 2002, the decision to suspend trading in the following financials instruments on a Belgian market :

Trading in WESTLAND 2004 (Isin Code BE0003812295) and WESTLAND SHOPPING (Isin Code BE0003572808) on Euronext Brussels is suspended from 12.30 on 15 november 2010 until the publication of a press release.
