ANNOUNCEMENT BY THE BANKING, FINANCE AND INSURANCE COMMISSION, PUBLISHED IN APPLICATION OF ARTICLE 34, § 2, PARAGRAPH 3, OF THE LAW OF 2 AUGUST 2002

The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission hereby announces, in application of Article 34, § 2, paragraph 3, of the Law of 2 August 2002, the decision to suspend trading in the following financial instrument on a Belgian market :

Trading in the financial instruments KBC Business Belgian Equities and KBC Business European Equities  (ISIN BE0003736502 and ISIN BE 0003751659) on Euronext Brussels is suspended from 6/08/2010, following the publication of a notice of extra-ordinary shareholders' meeting.
