The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA) warns the public against the insurance intermediation activities offered by a company named Quertus Yachting, for which Philip Knight acts as manager. Quertus Yachting has its registered office at Kapittelstraat 4, 2610 Antwerp.

Quertus Yachting is not registered as an insurance or reinsurance intermediary with the CBFA. The CBFA thus advises the public against responding to any offers of insurance services made in the name of Quertus Yachting.

On 17 November 2009 the Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission had already warned the public against the insurance intermediation activities offered by the Philip Knight & Co BVBA company.
