ANNOUNCEMENT BY THE BANKING, FINANCE AND INSURANCE COMMISSION, PUBLISHED IN APPLICATION OF ARTICLE 34, § 2, PARAGRAPH 3, OF THE LAW OF 2 AUGUST 2002

The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission hereby announces, in application of Article 34, § 2, paragraph 3, of the Law of 2 August 2002, the decision to suspend trading in the following financial instruments on a Belgian regulated market :

Trading in  the financial instruments of Transics (ISIN BE0003689865), Punch International (ISIN BE0003748622) and  Punch Telematix (ISIN BE0003855724) on Euronext Brussels is suspended from 15:20 on 12/03/2010 until the publication of a press release.
