ANNOUNCEMENT BY THE BANKING, FINANCE AND INSURANCE COMMISSION, PUBLISHED IN APPLICATION OF ARTICLE 34, § 2, PARAGRAPH 3, OF THE LAW OF 2 AUGUST 2002
The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission hereby announces, in application of Article 34, § 2, paragraph 3, of the Law of 2 August 2002, the decision taken in consultation with FORTIS SA to suspend trading in the following financial instrument on a Belgian regulated market :
Trading in FORTIS SA, ISIN code BE0003801181 on Euronext Brussels is suspended from 11:45 AM on 08/12/2009 until the judgement of Commercial Court of Brussels
