ANNOUNCEMENT BY THE BANKING, FINANCE AND INSURANCE COMMISSION, PUBLISHED IN APPLICATION OF ARTICLE 34, § 2, PARAGRAPH 3, OF THE LAW OF 2 AUGUST 2002
The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission hereby announces, in application of Article 34, § 2, paragraph 3, of the Law of 2 August 2002, the decision to reopen trading in the following financial instrument on a Belgian regulated market :
Trading in the shares of Cimescaut (ISIN code BE0003304061) on Euronext Brussels is reopened from 11:30 (first auction) on September 4, 2009.
