The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA) warns the public against the activities of Sullivan Investment Group (www.sullivaninvestments.co.uk), which claims to offer investment services from premises at Stephanie Square, Avenue Louise/Louizalaan 65, 1050 Brussels.
Sullivan Investment Group does not have the authorization necessary to offer investment services in or from Belgium. Moreover, it is not situated at the address provided.
The CBFA thus advises the public against responding to any offers of investment services made in the name of Sullivan Investment Group and against transferring money to any account number they might mention.
