ANNOUNCEMENT BY THE BANKING, FINANCE AND INSURANCE COMMISSION, PUBLISHED IN APPLICATION OF ARTICLE 34, § 2, PARAGRAPH 3, OF THE LAW OF 2 AUGUST 2002

The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission hereby announces, in application of Article 34, § 2, paragraph 3, of the Law of 2 August 2002, the decision to suspend trading in the following financial instrument on a Belgian regulated market :

Trading in the financial instruments of UCB (ISIN BE0003739530) and Tubize (ISIN BE0003823409 and BE0099967537 ) on Euronext Brussels is suspended from 13:55h on 29 May, 2009 until publication of a press release.
