ANNOUNCEMENT BY THE BANKING, FINANCE AND INSURANCE COMMISSION, PUBLISHED IN APPLICATION OF ARTICLE 34, § 2, PARAGRAPH 3, OF THE LAW OF 2 AUGUST 2002
The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission hereby announces, in application of Article 34, § 2, paragraph 3, of the Law of 2 August 2002, the decision to suspend trading in the following financial instrument on a Belgian regulated market :
Trading in Metris, ISIN code BE0003859767 on Euronext Brussels is suspended from 1:10 PM on 26/05/2009 until the publication of a press release and until further notice.
