The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA) warns the public against the activities of London Equities (www.london-equities.com), which claims to offer investment services from premises at i.a. Londenstraat/rue de Londres 30, 1050 Brussels.
London Equities does not have the authorization in Belgium necessary to offer investment services in or from Belgium. Moreover, it is not situated at the said address.
The CBFA thus advises the public against responding to any offers of investment services made in the name of London Equities and against transferring money to any account number they might mention.
