The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA) warns the public against the activities of Fairfield & Hays (www.fairfieldhays.com), which is contacting Belgian investors with a view to offering investment services.

Fairfield & Hays claims to be a company with its corporate office in Japan at Shinjuku Maynds Tower, 14th floor, Shibuya-Ku, 2-1-1 Yoyogi, 151-0053 Tokyo. Fairfield & Hays does not have the authorization required to offer investment services in Belgium.

The CBFA thus advises the Belgian public against responding to any offer of investment services made in the name of Fairfield & Hays and against transferring money to any account number they might mention.
