The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA) warns the public against the activities of Jefferson Carter (www.jeffersoncarter.com), which claims to be offering investment services from premises on Boulevard Anspachlaan 1001, Brussels.
Jefferson Carter does not not have the authorization in Belgium required to offer investment services in or from within Belgium. Moreover, it is not situated at that address.
The CBFA thus advises the public against responding to any offers of investment services made in the name of Jefferson Carter and against transferring money to any account number they might mention.
