The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA) warns the public against the activities of Davis Mayer Group (www.davismayer.com), who is contacting Belgian investors with a view to offering investment services.

Davis Mayer Group claims to be a firm with its corporate office in South Korea at Doosan Building, 10th Floor, 105-7 Nonhyun-dong, Gangnam-Ku, Seoul 135-010. It does not have the authorization required to offer investment services in or from within Belgium.

The CBFA thus advises the Belgian public against responding to any offers of investment services made in the name of Davis Mayer Group and against transferring money to any account number they might mention.
