The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission hereby announces, in application of Article 34, § 2, paragraph 4, of the Law of 2 August 2002, that it has been informed of the decision taken by the  Beurs van Luxemburg to suspend trading in the following financial instrument on a regulated market :

Trading in Immo Croissance Dist. LU0006275720 is suspended  on Beurs van Luxemburg from 15:15 on 12/02/2008 until further notice.
